Author Registration

Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following the presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.

Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased for $100 per additional paper. You will be able to select “Additional Paper Fees” during the registration process. You may only purchase one additional paper per registration.

Reduced Registration fees and Workshop ONLY fees do NOT cover paper publication.

Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference:
At least (1) author of an accepted paper MUST be fully registered for the conference by July 28, 2025. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by July 28, 2025, no exceptions.

Invitation Letters

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

Bank Transfers

If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment.

Please note:

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if registration payment is received and processed by July 28, 2025. In case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

Only Society Member or Non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student or Daily registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, the student must pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Students, Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper, they have to pay the Society Member or Non-Member fee. Reduced Registration Fees do NOT cover paper publication

Cancellation & Substitution Policies

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by August 15, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US $150 deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site. Refunds are not automatically processed. To request your partial refund, please contact the FIE 2025 Conference Manager

A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company or author of the same paper until September 14, 2025. To transfer a registration please contact the FIE 2025 Conference Manager. Please note that onsite, only the individual listed on the name badge can use the privileges provided by the paid fee.

Photography

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact Kaylee Manning, Frontiers in Education 2025 manager, if you would like to request permission to video record during FIE 2025. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
