Serve the community in a vital role and gain a unique perspective on the conference by volunteering as a Session Chair! Session Chairs help ensure sessions run smoothly, support presenters, and engage participants in meaningful discussion. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all attendees.

A limited number of session chair opportunities are available on a first come, first serve basis, and assignments will be confirmed by the program committee.

Please note: Registration is required to participate. Session chair service is voluntary and does not include any waived registration or publication credit in the conference proceedings or IEEE Xplore.

Session Chair volunteers will receive their assignments & full instructions by October 17, 2025. 

By completing this form, you agree that you

  • Are registered for the conference.
  • Will provide your availability, taking into account any conflicts with paper presentations or sessions you plan to attend

If selected, you will:

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to your assigned session and confirm speakers are present and prepared
  • Introduce yourself, the session title, and each presentation (title, affiliation, presenting author).
  • Keep the session on schedule (15 minutes per talk, including Q&A) using timing cards if needed.
  • Pause the session if a presenter is absent—do not move ahead until the scheduled time.
  • Encourage audience engagement by asking at least one question per paper if needed.
  • Remind speakers to keep additional questions for after the session.
